By clicking "Submit" , you confirm that you are a Consumer who uses goods exclusively for personal needs  (according to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights "of May 4, 2010), and unconditionally agree to these Terms to the conduct of the services of web booking.

You also willfully, voluntarily and in my own benefit, in accordance with clause 7 of the Law “On personal data and its protection”, provide the consent to processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as «PD») under the conditions below.

This consent to collecting and processing is provided with regard to the following PD:

- surname, first name, middle name;
- contact information (e-mail, telephone number);
- location.

This consent to collecting and processing is provided with regard to the following ways for processing of the  PD:

- acquisition, storage, accumulation, systematization, refining (update, change), distribution (including transfer), use, sanitization, blocking, deletion and destruction;
- cross-border transfer to the territory of [Russian Federation and Republic of Korea].

This consent is provided for collecting and processing of the  PD for the following purposes:

- work performance and service rendering within the main activities;

Decisions affecting the Consumer’s interests shall not be made only based on automated PD processing by the Operator.

Hereby the Consumer agree that, by order of the Operator, processing of the Consumer’s PD may be assigned in particular, but not limited by the following persons:

- Samsung Group companies;
- as well as other third parties realizing activities at the date of this consent and third parties, which will realize the activities not later than the date of this consent.

This consent is valid from the date of its signing to the date of withdrawal in writing. This consent may be withdrawn by the Consumer by sending, to the Operator, of the notice on withdrawal of consent to processing of the Consumer’s PD in writing.
